Bite-Sized Chorizos in Wine

 

Serves 4

  • 4 small cooking chorizos
  • 200ml red wine
  • 1 bay leaf

 

Make some holes in the chorizos with a fork. Then pour the wine into a pan with the bay leaf and the chorizos. Heat it until it starts to boil, then lower the heat and cook for 8-10 minutes.
