Fall Fig Platter

Ingredients (for 2 people as an appetizer)

  • 3 large figs
  • 50g of fresh goat cheese
  • 70g of ham (shoulder)
  • 15 pine nuts
  • 2 chive stalks

For the vinaigrette:

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey 
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Slice figs into approximately 1 cm segments and arrange them on a plate with the help of a plating ring. Break up the goat cheese with your hands and place it over the figs. Repeat with ham. Prepare a vinaigrette with the vinegar, oil, honey and salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with toasted pine nuts, a little chives and season with the vinaigrette. Serve with toast.
