Pears with red wine and cinnamon
Ingredients (making 4 servings)
1/2 l red wine
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Peel the pears, cut them into quarters and seed them. In a pot put the pears with the rest of the ingredients and cook at low heat for 15 minutes. Then take off the pears and reduce the sauce 4-5 minutes at high heat.
To serve, plate the pears and pour the sauce on the top.
